DJ Swamp Is Coming To The Valley Of The Sun

The insanity known as DJ Swamp is coming to the valley. Saturday, June 2nd DJ swamp will be at Chasers Night Club in Scottsdale, AZ. It is safe to say there is no one like Swamp. His creativity and originality won him the 1996 US DMC finals and brought him to recording artist Beck to become his official tour DJ for 4 years. Swamp thinks way outside the box… Breaking records and setting them on fire during his set is just the norm for him. He clearly has a style of his own. Looks like Coolin’ Out and Felix Fresh are at it again. Starting April 16th, Off The Record Mondays are back in full gear at Bottoms Up Gentlemen’s Club. That’s love right there. Last year we brought out the Artifacts for a show at Barsmith in Phoenix, during which time we began to build and developed quite the relationship. Now, almost a year later we have seen footage of El rocking several Coolin’ Out shirts at various shows and a few videos. Good looking out El… Much appreciated fam!

 

Coolin' Out Brings The JonzAlone Tour To AZ

The JonzAlone Tour featuring performances by Aceyalone and Sunspot Jonz with special guest host Fatlip, will be making its way to the valley courtesy of Coolin’ Out Entertainment Friday, May 4th at Chasers Nightclub in Scottsdale, Arizona. For those of you out of the loop... Sunspot Jonz, of the Mystik Journeymen & Living Legends, and Aceyalone of Project Blowed & Freestyle Fellowship, are truly pioneers of west coast underground hip hop. Collectively they have put out over 30 albums including both solo and group projects. They have toured the globe many times over and continue to push the envelope of hip hop as we know it. Sunspot and Aceyalone have now teamed up with tour host Fatlip of the Pharcyde to bring their creative style of music and hip hop culture on the road once again with the JonzAlone Tour. The three artists are revered as west coast underground hip hop giants that have had a huge influence on the underground scene. Their shows sell out coast to coast due to the energy and creativity they bring to the stage. Add in local acts Shining Soul & Bob Domestic, with sets by local AZ DJs Fact135, Felix Fresh, & Tricky T… Well that just equates to one hell of a hip hop show.

AZPB Gets More Press

 

The 5th Annual Arizona Pornstar Ball gets mention in Sunday night’s broadcast on Phoenix area’s ABC News 15.  Again, local porn Starlet Taryn Thomas gets interviewed about the possible effects of the new condom laws in Los Angeles regarding the filming of Adult movies.  There has been speculation that LA’s porn industry might begin to make the move into the Phoenix area as a result of the new law.  Check the full story on ABC News 15’s website here.  Whether the speculated migration happens or not is of no concern to us over here at Coolin’ Out… We just appreciate the fact that they are mentioning this year’s Pornstar Ball to news 15 viewers.  Good press… Bad press… It doesn’t matter.  A free plug on ABC News 15 is worth it.  Especially as we round the corner to the home stretch leading to this weekend’s 2 day “mini” adult convention featuring over 25 pornstars and musical talents such as The Beatnuts, Kool Keith, Dirt Nasty, Riff Raff, and DJ Fashen just to name a few.  We have definitely made some noise this year which is made apparent by all of the press we’ve gotten, and continue to receive in regards to the largest event of its type Arizona has ever seen.  My suggestion… Do yourself a favor and scoop up your tickets for day 1 and day 2 and find out what all the hype is about!

The Porn Star Road Trip Takes Detour To AZPB

It seems caught the attention of the Porn Star Road Trip crew because they are making a stop at Coolin’ Out’s 5th Annual Pornstar Ball.  During the summer of 2011 the Porn Star Road Trip was put together by SAB Promotions as a means for the adult entertainment industry companies, performers, products and services to reach a wider mainstream audience.  Their idea is to leverage the power and reach of social media, while infusing the intimacy of in person appearances and feature dancing giving unprecedented access to mainstream adult consumers for marketing, branding and sales opportunities.  Since then they have been traveling the country making stops at various nightclubs, gentlemen’s clubs, novelty, video, book stores, and events with a bus full of today’s hottest porn stars.  Sounds like one hell of a party bus if you ask me.  Now they are making their way to join in the fun at this year’s Pornstar Ball adding to the already huge line up of the industry’s top stars that have signed on to appear.  This event just keeps getting bigger and better as we quickly approach the start of this 2 day “mini” adult convention that kicks off Saturday, March 3rd at Tempe’s 910 Live.  Don’t forget to get your tickets for day 1 and/or day 2 soon!!!
